Here's how to put your home, office or store location on Google Maps.

Nowadays, the number of users searching on Google for any service or product is very high. Thus, the presence of Google Map has become mandatory for everyone from offices, public bodies, shops, and businesses.

Even now, Google's location has been officially used for the postal service. Sometimes it happens that no address is found on Google Maps.

In this case, sometimes it becomes difficult to give your address to friends or relatives. If you are facing a similar shortage, today we are going to tell you an easy way on how to add the location of your office, shop, or unavailable place to Google Map.

How to add a new location to Google Maps?

1. To do this, open Google Maps and click on the last update at the bottom.

2. Now click on the second option Add Place.

3. After doing so, a page like a firm will open. Write the name of the place in it and choose the appropriate category for it.

4. Now type the address of the place you want to add in the location where the location is written.

5. After doing so, click on the update location on the map below it.

6. Now a map will open. Move the location map up and down to the location you want to add or press the GPS icon if you're in the right place.

7. Once done, click on the OK button in the upper right corner.

8. Now keep the phone number, opening time, website, opening time, and related pictures under it and move on.

9. Note that the location you add to Google will be confirmed by the company and only then will the new location you have added appear on Google Maps. This can take anywhere from 1 to 2 days.
